The Leadership Boardroom is a private forum for business owners and senior leaders. We meet regularly in a structured, facilitated environment to share experience, challenge one another's thinking and work through complex business decisions together.
It is not a networking group. It is not a seminar. It is a room of peers who have agreed to be honest with one another, to share what is actually happening in their businesses and to offer real challenge rather than polite encouragement.

Chapter chair, facilitator and fellow member
I chair the Midstream, Gauteng chapter of The Leadership Boardroom. My role is to facilitate the sessions, hold the space for honest conversation and ensure the group operates at the level of trust and challenge that makes membership genuinely valuable.
I am also a member. I bring my own challenges to the table, share my own experience and am subject to the same honest challenge as everyone else in the room. That is what makes the facilitation credible.
Beyond chairing the chapter, I am a SAICA mentor and work with several members in other capacities, as a Virtual CFO, a strategy partner or through the Ignite coaching programme. The Leadership Boardroom often becomes the entry point to a longer working relationship.
